Terms of Service

This page will set out the scope of the coordination service, the written proposal and fee arrangement, third-party and authority costs, delivery arrangements, limitations of liability and the governing law. Services are performed in Slovakia and relate to Slovak documents, Slovak authorities and Slovak law only.

Sending the request form does not create a lawyer-client relationship and does not guarantee that a requested record can be obtained. Access to certain documents depends on the applicant’s legal relationship, authorisation, applicable law and the decision of the relevant authority.
